Where in Ontario can I buy knee high leather (or fake leather) black boots that lace up and have a zipper?

I am in the Kitchener/Waterloo area and I want to buy some knee high black boots. Combat style or something like that. No tiny pointy heels lol. Hopefully not too expensive.

Does anyone know where I can buy something like that? I'm sure there are places but I just don't know of any and I tried searching online but didn't have much luck.
